139 trucks on 8 deck

I've got Indy 139 hollows and I like their fit much better than 149s (which were too wide for the rear of my board).Check the indy truck size guide. The deck (7.9") is a bit beaten up and ugly design so I'd like to get a new one, partly so it feels more like my board and not a second hand one I bought. Or should I replace my 149's with 139's for my 8.25? I think 139 is meant for decks 7.75 to 8.25.I ride an 8.375 with 139 trucks most of the time. I bought myself the Indy thrasher 30th ann.

Or could it just fit? Risers can be used to prevent wheel bite, we recommend using a 1/8″ riser when you have a 56mm to 60mm size wheel. The 129 is 6" wide and 139 is 8" so either way I won't have a perfect match for my board.

I've picked up an old board with 139 indy trucks (8" axle length). 149 trucks a few months ago, but didn't have time to skate them. Independent 139 Trucks: Durable, high performance truck for all types of skateboarding. The biggest difference is that with the larger trucks you would have to have your trucks slightly tighter because you have a longer lever arm. Whether you haven't even started and need help picking a board, or you've been skating for months (even years!) Featuring superior turn and stability, better grind clearance, improved no hang-up yoke for grind tricks, and less wheel bite.

What hardness bushings does it … I posted this same response to another truck question post earlier; If the hanger (the metal part that connects to the baseplate holding the wheels) is within .25 of an inch you won't notice the difference.
