I wouldn't have finished it if it hadn't been short but I wanted to find out how the author would end it. I really enjoyed the narrative and writing style even if it made me cross-eyed at times. I so feel like her sometimes!Not a book to read if you need an uplifting experience. The Accidental Woman isn't quite in that league, but it's compelling nonetheless.
